Waitangi is a classic racing yacht built in Auckland in the late 1980s. Recently restored, it is a beautiful craft upon which to gaze and sail. These photos show the crew in preparation for sailing in the Auckland Anniversary Weekend Regatta, 2011. Note the COMPLETE ABSENCE of winches and safety rails. Serious sailing, folks!
