On 23 January the partners of Pukawa Chalet congregated to prepare for the two eventualities of a purchase agreement concluding for the sale of Pukawa Chalet, 68 Hauraki Terrace.

Option A: The purchase agreement concludes to our satisfaction;

Option B: The purchase agreement fails, and we must consider our many options.

We spent most of the day from 9 am of 25 January exploring Option B. However, around 4 pm, we recieved surprising news.

The rest of the time through to Saturday 25th was spent preparing for putting Option A, the transfer of ownership, into effect.
